Constitution and Canons
The Constitution and Canons of the Episcopal Diocese of West Texas were last revised in 2006. 
Changes to the Constitution must be approved by a majority of both orders (clergy and lay), voting separately, at two successive Diocesan Councils.
Amendments to the Canons must be approved by a majority of both orders (clergy and lay), voting separately, at one Diocesan Council.
Chair of the Committee on Constitution and Canons is the Rev. Phillip M. Stevenson, Jr.
