Join the Rev. Sandra Casey-Martus, former Director of the Alta Retreat Center in Wyoming and co-author Carla Mancari for an intensive (primarily silent) retreat of Christ Centered Prayer, engagement of Sacred Scripture, optional daily celebration of the Holy Eucharist, and theological reflections on the spiritual journey. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me; for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls, for my yoke is easy and my burden is light" (Matthew 11:28).
